Meet Sophia
StyliYoga was founded in London with a simple intention. To help people feel stronger, calmer and more connected through movement, breath and mindful practice.
Yoga has been part of my life for over twenty five years. What began as a physical practice gradually became something much deeper. A space to reconnect, regulate the nervous system, build resilience and return home to myself.
Today, I teach dynamic and restorative styles including Vinyasa Flow, Rocket, Slow Flow, Meditation, Nidra and Trapeze Yoga, blending strength, fluid movement and breath-led awareness to create classes that energise the body while grounding the mind.
My teaching combines over 500 hours of Yoga Alliance accredited training with years of personal practice, continued study and real-life experience. While I love the physicality and challenge of yoga, I’m equally passionate about the philosophy behind it, the balance of strength and softness, discipline and surrender.
Whether you are completely new to yoga or deepening an existing practice, my aim is to create a welcoming space where you can move, breathe and explore what yoga means for you.
StyliYoga is about more than flexibility or shapes. It’s about connection, presence, confidence, energy and at times most importantly stillness. A place many of us struggle to sit.
A practice that supports you both on and off the mat.
I look forward to sharing that journey with you.
